Today is the 4th April 2013. Its been a long time since I written on my blog and I have no excuses. Looking back on my previous blogs I have to say I'm still in Spain and didn't succeed with the no smoking. My husband's son has now repaid the fine and we managed to sell our casita for a huge loss but that's life at the moment.

Lots of positive things have happened during the past year. Firstly my husbands son and his wife have added to the Botterman clan. Let me introduce you to Florence born at the end of last year. Isn't she lovely. Since Florence was born I have been busy knitting and couldn't resit making Florence and Dougal from The Magic Roundabout

I have also purchased a knitting machine and had fun

creating jumpers, scarves and dog coats. I'm trying to sell them on Etsy https://www.etsy.com/your/listings?ref=si_ys_dd_listings but not having much success.

During March 2013 I went to Barcelona with my daughter and had a wonderful time.
I also become a distributor for Wikaniko   http://www.wikaniko.com/greenerearth
which is an online company that sells eco friendly products.

So much seems to have happened and although the financial climate in Spain is pretty dire we are doing okay
particularly as we grow our own veg and have 5 chickens that keep us in fresh eggs every day. I did consider going back to the UK but life in Spain is good once you learn to live with their ways.
Tomorrow I will talk about me trip to Barcelona and also being a distributor with Wikaniko.
